Flagpole Warranty

1. Standard manufacturer’s warranty on materials of one year from date of delivery to jobsite or date of installation, whichever is later, includes the aluminum used to construct the flagpole, the cleat, the truck and the ball, against all defects in workmanship.
2. Standard manufacturer’s warranty does not include any damage resulting from flying a flag larger than the recommended size per manufacturer’s specifications and/or size recommended by NAAM (National Association of Architectural Metal Manufacturing).
3. Standard manufacturer’s warranty does not include any damage brought on by high winds, tornadoes and/or hurricanes or tropical storms, heavy snows or any other condition of nature.
4. Standard manufacturer’s warranty does not include any damage brought on by accident, collision, vandalism or any other incidental and/or willful act by others.
5. Materials warranty does not include any damage resulting from flying a flag larger than the recommended size per manufacturer’s specifications and/or size recommended by NAAM (National Association of Architectural Metal Manufacturing).
6. Materials warranty does not include any damage brought on by high winds, tornadoes and/or hurricanes or tropical storms, heavy snows or any other condition of nature.

10. Installation warranty does not include any damage brought on by accident, collision, vandalism or any other incidental and/or willful act by others.
11. Installation warranty provides that the flagpole will be properly installed, level and plumb when the installation crew leaves the jobsite if installed by Global Flags Unlimited, LLC DBA The Flag Company.
12. Halyard and flags are not included in any kind of warranty.

This warranty supersedes and replaces any warranty expressed or implied that appears or is alluded to in any part of any proposal, any purchase order and/or any contract associated with this project.
