Cleat Covers with Cylinder Locks provide tamper resistant security for External Halyard flagpoles. Containing a sanded Satin finish that is complimentary to the flagpole, all are constructed of heavy, cast aluminum with stainless steel hinges. Cleat and stainless steel attaching screws are included, as well as keys for the Cylinder Lock. Installation utilizes the cleat holes.
